We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician/General Practitioner to join our dynamic, newly established clinic in a bustling community of Hanover, Ontario. Key Features & Compensation
- Extremely Competitive Overhead Split and Generous Split (OHIP Billing and more).
- Highly Competitive Annual Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population across all age groups.
- Perform thorough patient assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
- Provide ongoing management of chronic diseases and coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate.
- Deliver preventive care services, including health screenings, immunizations, and patient education.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory and professional standards (Experience with Accuro/Telus EMR System is an asset).
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare professionals (including pharmacists and specialists like Psychiatrists, Allergists, and Rheumatologists) to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- CPSO Physician's license / CPSO Number (required).
- Experience practicing in hospital and/or community clinical settings.
- Strong understanding of primary care principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medication management and clinical decision-making.
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model.
